What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is before 11:00. Late arrivals are always welcome: reception is open 24 hours and there is no late arrival fee. Luggage storage is available on your arrival and departure day: €5 small bag / €9 large suitcase.
What is the cancellation policy?

Direct bookings (website, WhatsApp or our own links) are non-refundable rates: they can't be cancelled or moved to other dates, and by paying you accept these terms. Bookings via Booking, Hostelworld or other platforms follow that platform's cancellation policy. For any questions, email us at hola@roxmadrid.com.
Are lockers and towels included?

Your locker is included free, one per bed; we only sell the padlock (€5), or bring your own. The towel can be rented for €5 — return it at reception or leave it on the bed when you leave. We also offer showers and lockers for non-guests (Store & Lockers, €5/day) and luggage storage for everyone.
Can I store my luggage after check-out?

Yes! Luggage storage after check-out costs €5 per small bag or €9 per large suitcase. Pay at reception. It's also available on your arrival day before check-in. We keep your bags until 11:00 the next day, also if you're not staying with us: see luggage storage.
Is there a curfew or quiet hours?

No curfew — you can come and go 24h. We do have quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00. Please be considerate with noise in the dorms and hallways. Reception is open 24 hours.
Is there a laundry?

We currently don’t have laundry facilities at the hostel. There are several laundromats within a 10-minute walk — ask at reception for the nearest one.
Do you offer services for non-guests?

Yes! Luggage storage for everyone: €5 per bag and €9 per large suitcase, until 11:00 the next day. Showers and lockers for non-guests with Store & Lockers (5€/day). Ask at reception or call +34 917 30 85 34.
